Bring Order, Get Richdisorder order 002

Many people look at money as a thing, like a pile of rocks. You earn rocks and put them on your pile. When you spend your money, or give rocks to others, your pile shrinks.

HOWEVER, to increase your income, you need to look at money not as rocks, but as a FLOW, like a flow of water or energy. You inflow money and outflow money. When your inflow is greater than your outflow, you get richer.

Money flows to you and away from you along paths or lines. These lines are very important to your wealth. Why?

“Money cannot flow to you on disorderly lines.” — L. Ron Hubbard

In other words, if your money lines are disorderly, confusing, or blocked, you do not get rich.

For example, let’s say you’re a teenager and you love your new job at McDonald’s. You work hard cooking food and finally get your first paycheck. However, you do not have a bank account. You put your first check in your pocket and lose it. Because your income line is disorderly, you’re broke.

The opposite is also true. When you create orderly money lines, you increase your income flow!

Now let’s say you are an orderly person. When you get paid by McDonald’s, you open a bank account and give your paycheck to your bank. The bank gives you cash. You are not broke because your money lines are orderly.

You want your money to flow like a fast wide river, not be clogged up like a big smelly swamp.

For example, if you look at the money flows of most rich people and successful businesses you will see they are completely organized. Nothing is sloppy or confusing. They make it easy to give them money, receive your services or products, track your purchases and so on.

To apply this discovery to you or your group, identify all the ways you can bring more order to all of your money flows.

  1. When people want to give you money, make sure you can accept their money without disorder or confusion. Easily accept every form they wish to use: cash, checks, credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Zelle, bitcoin, etc.
  2. Ensure your income records are perfect. Know exactly how much money you receive from every source and when.
  3. Use a financial spending system that is orderly. For example, only spend money after reviewing all payments owed and their due dates. Impulse spending is disorderly.
  4. Make your spending records perfect, as well. Set up a system where you can immediately find the correct amount and dates you pay for every single purchase or payment.
  5. When you deliver a service or product, your delivery records must be orderly. You can quickly show exactly what you did to earn your money.
  6. An orderly work area is also essential. It is not cluttered or disorderly, but clean and a joy to use.
  7. Your tools and machines must be in good working order at all times. Follow a routine for maintaining them. Have a well-organized place for the instruction manuals, as well.
  8. Get rid of all work-related clutter. Give away or sell old equipment, furniture, tools, magazines and other stuff you no longer need.
  9. Ensure your government files, fees, documents, tax reports and payments are organized.
  10. Keep your computer files in easy-to-find locations. If they are not stored safely on the cloud, ensure they are backed up every day.
  11. Keep your communication systems fast and efficient so you can give and receive communications to whomever you want as quickly as possible. Block spam and advertisements. Ignore distractions, like social communications or “the news” while working. Most importantly, identify and give priority to all communications with people who give you money.
  12. Manage your time in an orderly manner. Ensure your schedule is not a confused mess. Keep your appointments and meet your deadlines.
  13. Bring order when you commute or travel for work. Plan for delays so you always arrive on time. Your punctuality is an important part of being a professional.
  14. Keep an event log or diary of anything important to you. For example, write notes each time you talk to a lawyer, a business partner, a landlord, important clients, a VIP and so on.
  15. Finally, bring order to your mind. Disorderly thinking blocks your income. Orderly thinking increases your income.
